You need a Personal Shopper, here’s why….

As restrictions ease, cherry blossoms bloom and our social diaries get booked up, now is a perfect opportunity to infuse your spring summer wardrobe with gorgeous pieces via a personal shopping trip!

I bet you’re wondering: “why do you need a personal shopper?”.

Well, I come bearing good news on the key benefits of shopping with a personal stylist:

  • Save time – Our amazing stylists will select clothes that suit your colouring and flatter your body shape; saving you time roaming around the shops or online. This frees up precious time for you to spend with friends/ family and other priorities.
  • Keep within budget – we will help you avoid costly mistakes by selecting quality pieces that look great on you, from (high end or high street) brands that are suitable for your budget and lifestyle.
  • Rejuvenate your wardrobe – our selections will revitalize your wardrobe with unique pieces that you’ll love but may not have chosen on your own. They’ll complement your existing wardrobe and suit your personality.
  • Get pampered – It’s a form of self-care, that will eliminate the stress of shopping and is ultimately a fun experience where you get pampered in your own private personal shopping suite!

Did any of the above resonate with you?

Why not book our half day £300 or full day £500 Personal Shopping service this season to update and revive your summer wardrobe or to find the perfect outfit for that special occasion!

3 C’s of Dressing for #WFH

With the chancellor’s budget announcement last month, it looks like most of us will be working from home until September at the earliest.

Here are 3C’s of styling to consider when dress for working from home:

Colour. Comfort. Confidence!

  • Colour! Styling always starts with Colour. I love wearing happy cheery and uplifting colours and I encourage my clients to embrace colour too. 😉 God knows we need it with over a year in this pandemic.
  • Comfort is all about the cut and texture of the fabric. Breathable natural fabrics like wool, cotton, cashmere and silk are great, especially if you perspire a lot.  I also ensure the clothes I select for myself and clients flatter the body shape. So, I feel super comfortable wearing it from morning to night and my clients do too.
  • Confidence! It starts and ends with confidence for me and I try to impart that in my clients too. It’s so important to adorn our bodies in clothes that enable us to exude confidence inside out. If it doesn’t make me feel good, I won’t wear it and certainly won’t select it for my clients either. Confidence is everything!

I’ve spent hours Online Styling clients for their working-from-home clothes and thankfully they are not joggers or leggings. 😉

So, the next time you are thinking of what to buy or wear working from home, remember the 3’Cs:

Colour. Comfort. Confidence!

Spring staples!

A warm and happy welcome to Spring and hopefully some Sunshine too. I’m sure we’ve all been waiting for the weather to catch up and it (seems) 😊 to be finally here.

With brighter days and warmer climes hopefully upon us, here some key pieces to help you transition smoothly from Winter to Spring:

  • A Mac or trench coat are spring essentials. They are classic wardrobe staples that take you from Spring through to Autumn effortlessly. Consider a brighter colour for an instant uplift to your outfit or the classic beige that never dates. Check out Shop My Happi Place to pamper yourself.

  • Colour Colour colour! Pack away those dark dreary winter colours and swap them for brighter hues. Colour has a great way of brightening up your mood, so go for loads of colour this Spring.

  • Shirts! This is the season to wear a crisp shirt on those fresh spring mornings. They are great staples you can wear to work and dress down on the weekend with jeans.

  • Mules! Fashion has a way of coming back round and mules are back. Mules have been trending for several seasons and rightly so; they add an air of sophistication to any outfit. They are super comfortable and versatile, so get yours this spring/summer.

Our trained personal stylists are here to help you transition your autumn/winter into your Spring/Summer wardrobe effortlessly with a Wardrobe consultation and take you on a fun day Personal shopping for fab clothes this season.
